Fathers and grandfathersWelcome to the 2 September 2008 enewsletter
Sunday 7 September sees us celebrate Father's Day, a day dedicated to saying thanks to the fathers and grandfathers who have helped us become the people we are today. Of course, we should be saying thanks to such mighty men on a daily basis but should we have forgotten this over the last year, we have a few ideas to make the day special.
Many of the men in our lives would be happy to receive a copy of our reviewed books or a trip to the cinema to see the touching movie, And when did you last see you Father? If you have a more active family then why not take part in this year’s Fathers’ day fun run, celebrate a 100 years of Rugby League or go diving off the Reef.
