29 April VOL 08 Issue 17

Make mum's day

Welcome to the 29 April @boutSeniors enewsletter.

Mothers are an inspiration to us all, we all have one and should celebrate the important part they play in our lives. To make you mother's day more special on Sunday 11 May, why not treat her to a cruise around Sydney harbour or to a Mother's Day dance class?

David and Kaye aren't worrying too much about winter blues in Peru, read their blog and find out how their travels are going. For those of us less fortunate, consider having the flu vaccination. Noeline Brown rolled out this year's National Immunisation Program by having the jab herself. To help you recuperate, take advantage of some great hotel breaks to brighten the winter blues.

If your looking for a little adventure on holiday but like to take things at your own pace, then a self-guided walking tour may be just the thing, or if the open seas are more your preference, check out the discount cruises on offer and the singles looking for cruise buddies.

Last week Charles and his lovely wife Michalina, shared with us their stories from New York, not Susie as we mistakenly printed. We'll have more tales from their wonderful trip to Broadway soon, so stay tuned. Everyone should keep a diary, life stories are invaluable to generations of families, as our reviewed book, The Steele Diaries shows.

This is the last week for the chance to win a copy of Ballykissangel on DVD, we'll have a new DVD for you next week. We know you love our Enewsletter by the response we get from recommend a friend. This week, share our Enewsletter with a friend or family member and enter our draw to win a coffee cruise for two in Sydney.

And if your still looking for that special gift for mum, why not make some of Fran's five minute fudge, she'll love it, or treat her to a subscription to her favourite magazine.

Take care
Debbie and Drew
