Emma’s poem - Fighting for the flag

image

Emma may only be 10-years old but she sure knows what it is to be a proud Australian.

Fighting for the flag

There it is, the Australian flag, standing tall and proud

On ANZAC Day, one minute of silence in front of a quiet crowd

Fighters for Australia, some way up high

I know that they are proud, somewhere up there in the sky
