Associations for senior citizens are given below. Where there is a seniors national association with state branches, details of state contacts will be with the national association.

Check the ‘Age Page’ of the Community Services section of your local telephone directory for many useful contact phone numbers for Commonwealth and State Government departments in your area plus listings for community groups, Home and Community Care (HACC), Aged Care Assessment Teams and other organisations.

Totally and Permanently Disabled Soldiers Association of Australia (Queensland Branch)

The Association is open to anyone who has been granted a TPI pension from the Department of Veterans' Affairs and wants to keep up with the latest information or just wants to meet with like minded people.

LACOTA aims to promote and assist the mental, physical and spiritual wellbeing of all seniors in Logan. Connecting Generation 3

G3 is a term that Enabling Queensland has adapted to provide a simple and uncoloured way of identifying older Australians. The overall aim of the CG3 strategy is to encourage senior Australians (those over 55 years - Generation 3) to access the computer and internet to maximise their quality of life and connectedness to families and community.

Australian Pensioners’ and Superannuants’ League Qld Inc is a voluntary lobby group made up of pensioners and superannuants. The Retirement Village

The Retirement Village Association of Australia Inc. (RVAA) has more than 200 member villages currently providing accommodation and services to some 30,000 residents throughout Australia, and offering a wide range of financial choices, occupancy agreements, locations, services and facilities.
