Classified Discounts Terms and Conditions

By placing a classified advertisement for a seniors’ discount on this site, the business provider:

  1. shall not represent that www.aboutseniors.com.au or its contractors or representatives are the provider or supplier of the offer;
  2. acknowledges that www.aboutseniors.com.au, its contractors and representatives make no representation that any minimum number of sales will result from participation in the program;
  3. will make the offer will be readily available to www.aboutseniors.com.au subscribers and visitors who quote the relevant offer code or show a printout as proof of status;
  4. Guarantees that the offer will conform with the description provided to www.aboutseniors.com.au;
  5. warrants that products or services sold shall be free from defects in materials or workmanship and will be fit for the purposes for which the product or service is purchased by the customer;
  6. agrees to keep www.aboutseniors.com.au , its contractors and representatives fully indemnified against any costs (including legal fees), claims, damages and expenses that may be incurred by www.aboutseniors.com.au as a result of the advertiser/business provider failing to perform its obligations under this agreement and/or in connection with the supply, or any failure to supply, the offer;
  7. agrees that teh offer will remain valid for a twelve month period from acceptance by www.aboutseniors.com.au unless another arrangement is agreed to;
  8. agrees that the advertisement may be withdrawn by www.aboutseniors.com.au if the advertiser fails to comply with these terms and conditions, relevant legislative provisions and standards as are appropriate to the industry or business.
